Well, what can you say about a product that doesn’t arrive? Well, nothing much. But, that’s what happened to us, as well as many others. I’m not an impatient person. I just wanted the July box to arrive by my sister’s birthday. August 31st. But now I have to accept that it will probably be another TWO months before it arrives…if not more. And the emails with tracking numbers that the wonderful people at Zwagbox say they had sent out were not. I don’t know a person who has received it. And there are many. So, here’s to hoping that we’ll be getting that box…eventually. I would hate to demand a refund. After all, they don’t refund shipping, even if they hadn’t sent out.

Boyfriend bought me the box for our 2 year anniversary on June 13th. I love Markiplier so he got it as a surprise. Kept telling me I’d have my gift soon…. weeks went by, nothing. He finally told me what it was after a major fight because I figured he was lying to me. The Zwag team kept telling everyone “it’s been shipped” but still not a damn thing. We just got an email saying it’s been shipped bUT the tracking number says otherwise. According to the number, I should be getting the box tomorrow. AFTER NEARLY THREE MONTHS. They also charged him for the next box.. like no.

Thousands of people have yet to receive any box they paid for. And the worst part is this company keeps charging you for new boxes when you have yet to receive your old one. They give you tracking numbers for boxes that don’t exist

please never subscribe to this service. After the first box was delayed by months it did finally arrive but with very lackluster items not worth the cost. It had now been almost three months again and there has been no more boxes sent. They continued to charge people for more and more products without a word on where the boxes were. They have now continued to give vague “updates” that don’t even address the fact that they haven’t sent out items to anyone since that first failed box. They have gone through and mass deleted all negative reviews and updates on the lack of shipping off of Facebook and are now deleting any new comments basically as they’re made. They are now running a groupon for a product that they can’t seem to fulfill to get more money. They either deleted themselves or were kicked off of the cratejoy website. There a tons of people out of money with nothing to show for it.
This company is a complete scam.

As many ratings shown above not one recieved their box on time if at all, I’m here to provide a bit more detail on the Zwag Box division itself. First the website. Seeing how little detailed the terms of service was should have been a word of caution for anyone buying. It looks sound and well thought out but the cracks are huge because of the problem of refunds for delayrd shipping isn’t addressed. Shipping speed is a huge joke, especially for a company that can afford themselves to go to ComicCon each year, yet can’t get a simple box tracking system up and running to about ten million or so users even though Red Giant deals with comics nation wide. Also the first email of them not expecting so many people to order so soon, are you kidding me? If someone either looked at Mark Fischbach’s youtube channel and see his subscriber count or even asked his brother Jason (Thomas) Fischbach who works for them, it would be in the ten’s of millions and counting. Then the delays, I was very understanding with warehouse issues and then promised for the August box to come in Spetember which it did, then none came after that. They sent an email saying non full year subscriptions will get their second box at the end of September. Here comes October and November with people going to facebook and voicing Zwag Box’s incompetence regardless of shipping order size. Then on November 15th they sent another email stating everyone will get their boxes with no indicatiom when. Before the 10th of November I cancelled before they charged me again.
Customer service has very poor interaction for those who are having a problem since they don’t inquire further on what’s happening. They give you a copy and pasted half hearted message to each individual person not really thanking them for the feedback but going on the defensive quite fast. In the November 15th email they state they are going to fix this but the damage is already done with now going on 26 days since that email and no notification or shipping info or even email about the state of a refund or box eligability. Not only that but the box that was shipped was plain white for me and obviously has been worn and sitting somewhere for quite a while. No where the same as they advertised it to be looking. If I known about all this rediculousness, I would have just get a Loot Crate or 1Up Box and called it a day.

I agree 100% with the above comments. Buyers beware matter of fact DO NOT buy from this company. It is a total scam. I bought this for my son’s 15th birthday per his request, 6 months subscription. Though they promised to not charge until the boxes went out I was charged immediately and for a renewal that I did not approve. Well over $200 in charges and to date we have only received July box that was 2 months late and a few unapologetic emails that the items are on their way and that they will fill the subscription orders. Still nothing more as of 12/14/16. Customer service does not respond. They have deleted all negative comments off Facebook. I can’t even imagine the amount of money they have scammed out of all is. The sad part is it was my sons birthday present. Way to show a kid how horrible people can be in the world! I have filed a complaint with Florida attorney Generals office as well as filed complaints with the FTC and the BBB. I also just checked their website and they are still taking subscription orders…wow what a bunch of thieves! I rated the product quality one star! All the other list items deserve negative stars. RIP OFF ARTISTS!

Still waiting for the box I ordered in July at comicon, 6 months and counting. I can’t even get a refund, I have tried about 3 times now. Total RIPOFF! Don’t buy anything from Zwag box! Minus 10 stars on every field. I’m going to start posting negative to facebook and twitter

NEVER SUBSCRIBE TO THIS BOX.
It is such a joke. I became a member back in May. I saw that Markiplier was coming out with a comic book series and I was excited so naturally I subscribed. I didn’t get a box until September. SEPTEMBER. And it wasn’t even worth it. Now when you go onto the site you can’t even login. I tried sending an email and the email provided doesn’t even work anymore. Good thing the card I had on file is no longer active. It is such garbage and it disgusts me that this has happened to so many people. Myself included.

I really wish Markiplier would do something about this, since he recommended the box to his fans. I still haven’t gotten the poster I ordered in July, going on 6 months. This was a limited edition poster as well… I filed a complaint with the BBB.. zwagbox has zero customer service and will just take your money and run. Scum of the Earth right there. I don’t have much money to spend and this company more than happily took it to provide nothing in return.

Like all the others that shared their disappointment with a “reputable” company and brand, to only be let down. While some like myself received an apology email of the delay, then ONE shipment two and half months late and another email two months later stating their working on it.

Anyone try sending an email? Well you can’t because the email is no longer valid! Go to their website lately? Notice there isn’t any “contact us” information. Go to their Facebook or Twitter page? All negative posts have been deleted.

Well, here we are in 2017 with not much to show for it. If this doesn’t smell of a scam, is should. If I knew how to move this forward, I would hope to see a class action lawsuit against all parties involved. This would unfortunately have to include Markiplier as he endorsed the subscription service. Whether he entered this knowingly or not, he HAS to be aware of all the thousands of fans that are absolutely devastated both financially and not receiving any merchandise by now. By not even public ally acknowledging the damage being done to his “name brand” is almost the same as admitting guilt by association.

I was a subscriber duped out of a a whole year’s subscription paid upfront for a discounted overall rate. I can’t even dispute the charge because of the time that have passed since San Diego Comic Con last July.

Hope karma comes back in a harsh way and these people will pay a price worse than fulfilling a promise to deliver. I wonder how these companies associated will handle showing their faces with the upcoming comic con season?
