I ordered my box in November, it was said that all the pony boxes would ship November 15th. It is now officially December and I have yet to receive my small box. Wish I could say what the quality of the products were like, but I literally never got them

Never got my November box that a shipping label was created for on November 15 but never actually shipped. It is now December 4. I sent emails and did not get a response. They finally responded to a Facebook book post saying that I must have misunderstood and was getting a box in December and not the November box and to email them. I emailed them once got no response in a week so I emailed them again. No response yet again.

I ordered my box in October and it is now Dec 8. I have yet to receive my ultimate box. I have emailed and have been told conflicting stories. It has shipped, it hasn’t shipped yet but will soon, we will send your tracking number ASAP. Still no tracking number and no box. Have posted on Facebook and posts have been deleted!
I also ordered and paid for two December boxes! Looks like I am out some serious cash!

What is there to review? I have still not received my box. Was assured that it would be arriving before Christmas though without boots. Fine I get that overseas deals sometimes take longer, but to flat out lie to customers and refuse to issue refunds?!?!?!? Or even answer an email? This company is ridiculous. If you order a subscription from this company you are an idiot for doing so when every review is negative.

I got a box in November. It came nothing like the pictures I saw. Horse treats crushed and broken inside the box. A few of the things were great so I decided to give the company a second chance. Boxes were said to be shipped December 15th. But were not. Then were supposed to arrive before Xmas. That also didn’t happen. It is now December 30th and still no box. No tracking number emailed when people from the company continue to say they have emailed them and that it’s in our junk mail folder. No one with the company will answer as to where our boxes are. Do not use this company.

Unlike these other reviews, I believe this company is a very good one. This company has only been around for 2 MONTHS, and the demand for it was greater then they thought. Put this together with a Holiday’s and you have one big great mess, but they ARE working all of the kinks out, and this company will go to the top! I received my box on time, no there was no special shipping on my box, it just got to me by chance a day early which was a nice surprise! The inside of the box was good, yeah the cookies fell out, but extra padding can help that issue. I got a very nice set of 4 Polo wraps, cookies, two big nice sized bottles of horse are products for mane and tail. They do have a shipment of sports boots that delayed EVERYTHING and I will be getting those once they come in. I personally have had nothing but good experiences with the company, and have nothing but amazing things to say! Also I DO NOT work for this company, I am just an extremely happy customer, who has faith in the little guy’s business!

So I bought and paid for a box back in October (Ultimate) and I was so happy with the shipping and the box itself. In my box I got a very nice Western Headstall, set of two Polo Wraps, treats, and some other product that happened to be able to be used for either horse and rider. I have heard they are having some issues with the boxes this month. This is the 2nd month they are around and with the holidays made it that much more difficult. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt it is not easy for the first holiday season, also people should keep in mind these are hand packed so it is harder for them to do. Great company, great service.

Got my box. Very happy with it worth well over the amount i paid and love how they surprise you with custom items. Very cute items in boxes as well. Customer service responded in a timely manner very polite answered all my questions. Gave gift card due to some supplier delay. Overall very happy will continue to order :)

I got a November box and it was not worth what I paid for. They didn’t follow the quiz they had me fill out. The fancy treats were crumbled and the stuff in the box was rolled around like they had been in a washing machine. I contacted the owner and she apologized and said she would send me a complementary December box. Well it is the last day of December and I haven’t received the box and I have contacted them multiple times and the responses have been totally immature and unhelpful. I wanted to support them and I want them to succeed, but the fact they aren’t stepping up and dealing with the issues is a problem. I am also dealing with another company and my items have been back ordered for six months and I am ok with it because they are dealing with the problem professionally and making sure everyone knows what is going on, so I am not a hard to deal with customer, I just expect professional communication.

Please do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT SUBSCRIBE to this janky company!! I ordered a box to be delivered around the 15th of November,I filled out their questionnaire letting them know what colors,patterns/styles and what discipline I do. November came and went. I had to contact the company myself to find where my box was. I received very little information,other than they would investigate and get back to me. At one point there was a shipping label created but it was never shipped out. They did send me a coupon to use on another PonyBox,but by that point I just wanted my box(or money back) and to be done with the headache of it all. Really its not that freaking hard to communicate to your clientele and let them know what is going on….instead they run stupid contest on their FB page and if you try and question them on FB where your box is….you are told to email them!! Really??!! I have to email THEM to find out where my stuff is…..shouldn’t they know that I did not receive my box(as it seems like there were A LOT of people who did not get their box)??? Why can’t you provide your customers with a tracking number??? Seems simple and pretty much whenever I order something that is shipped I get some sort of a tracking number. December came and I finally got my box about a week into the month. Super disappointed. 2 ugly polos in colors I would never put on my chestnut(and they were pony sized-I own a HORSE),a fly bonnet that didn’t fit, a decent fly mask(thanks but its December in Oregon,we will not see flies until June) decent shampoo,the leave-in conditioner was gross and made my horses tail feel disgusting(I washed it out after 24 hours) and a hunter/jumper magazine….lovely but I ride Dressage(I like all 4 on the floor). I actually gave most of the stuff away to students or threw it away. I was so disappointed and pissed off. I feel like this company is a scam and it shows. If you go to their FB page pretty much everyone except for like 5 people did not get their December boxes and are getting the same run around as I did last month. Lots of excuses. It is just a hot mess. Really if they were more open and less shady about their business I would think more of them.

Well I ordered the ultimate box on November 9th. It is not December 31st, and I have yet to receive any tracking number or confirmation that my box was even made. After emailing the pony box, I still am not any closer to knowing of my box will ship. My order says “unfulfilled” still, but they were supposed to be shipped the 15th of December. They also stated multiple times that all of the boxes shipped various days. The customer service lady is very nice and tries her best to be helpful, but when she can’t even get a hold of the owner of the company to find out where people’s boxes are, it’s hard. People, keep your money and order something like a horse box that actually gets products to their customers. The pony box is a complete joke run by liars and scammers!!!

DON’T DO IT! I ordered boxes on November 12th and on December 3rd and still have not received my boxes. I never even received confirmation stating that my box was even shipped! A select few have received boxes, only to find that their boxes were missing several items and items were spilled or broken.
Apparently, the company is based out of Texas, where the owner is the only person packaging and shipping the boxes. Apparently, she has disappeared with our money. The customer service manager is based in Indiana, and she has no idea what is going on with the owner and the boxes, only that there are hundreds of people who are very unhappy. Add to this 250 product ambassadors who regularly respond to customer complaints on Facebook by calling names and offending said customers. Oh, and the ambassadors all received their perfect boxes ahead of everyone else, so they write bogus reviews on here. Are you getting the picture? As an owner of two successful small businesses I was eager to help a new business get started, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This was a great idea, and could have been lucrative had there been a solid business plan with responsible business-savvy people. You don’t get return business by lying, stonewalling and siccing your attack dogs on your customers. I’ve filed claims with Paypal in hopes that I receive my money back. I’ll be checking out Horse Box.

Very disappointed with this company. Though I have heard many rumors that there is an ice storm in Texas which is why nobody has seen any posts or received boxes. I’ve also had good customer service from the manager NOT the owner, she replies to all my emails. The people who have received their items are not happy and has said its not worth their money. I just wish all this could be resolved and every customer either gets their product or their money back.

I ordered my box on October 24 and FINALLY got it LATE December. I understand it being new but I got the run around TOO MANY times. When I threatened for a refund is the ONLY time I got a real response with an immediate tracking and shipment date to follow. I ordered the biggest box they have and was so unimpressed with it!!! In fact the ONLY things I used were the polo wraps and the treats, everything else went into the garbage!! They DID NOT listen to the quiz that I took. I am a western rider and they sent me english stuff, which isn’t even worth it!! Horrible customer service, completely rude!!! Not worth the money either. Guess I will for sure be keeping these polo wraps since they cost me $50

I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this company. Not only have they just taken my money, not delivered a box, or barely responded to hardly any of my emails, but they flat out lied to PayPal when I filed my claim in order to recoup my money. They provided tracking numbers for a January box that I had paid for in December, and you can’t say you shipped something that is not supposed to ship until January 15th!. You unfortunately have to pay for these boxes well in advance, which means by the time you file a claim with PayPal, they get away with your money. I was sent a link to a website that has pretty interesting facts about the pony box. It confirmed my suspicions, so maybe it will help with yours! http://www.theponyboxscam.weebly.com

I received a Pony Box as a Christmas gift. Too bad it arrived 3 weeks AFTER Christmas. My mom ordered it for me in November.
The Pony Box boasts that it is customized to fit your needs according to the quiz you fill out. Judging by all of the pictures on Facebook and Instagram my box was really no different that anyone else’s!
The NomNom treats are great. I also received a bottle of Eco-licious De-Stresser. It was decent but a little greasy.
The worst part were the polo wraps (three pieces of fabric sewn together sloppily with holes in every seam) covered in orange paint. The “sports medicine boots” have holes in their seams too. They are very flimsy and are a pain to put on my horse. They offer no support, and my trainer advised me to NOT put them on my horse for fear of injury to my horse.
My mom has fought hard to get a refund for my Pony Box, but so far she has gotten the runaround. The Pony Box is offering gift cards or exchanges on the polo wraps but I don’t want either. They won’t answer emails but they have lots of time to post things on their Facebook page! There Ambassadors are young girls who like to pick fights with unhappy clients through social media posts.
This was a great idea but not planned out very well. Maybe Megan Bradford can get her stuff together and bounce back. In the meantime I’m heading to Giddy Up Goodies or A Horse Box where they have great customer service and they care about me

The Ponybox is a brand new company. Everyone needs to CALM DOWN. There was an ice storm in Texas, and holiday delays are normal. I do not work for the company, I’m just a normal person giving a new company a break. I received my December box and loved it.

This is a great idea but is very poorly executed. The box shipped weeks late and arrived with stains on the products. My box did not follow my survey at all, so I ended up with products that are in colors and patterns that I don’t like. I received a pair of polo wraps, a set of 4 polos, a set of “sport medicine boots” and a bottle of mane/tail detangler. The polo wraps and boots are very poorly made and I will not be using them. I was very disappointed to receive 4 sets of wraps/boots when the sample boxes show much more variety.

The company’s e-mails indicate they are providing refunds or exchanges for the polo wraps and boots, but they have not responded to any of my 3 e-mails. The whole process has been very disappointing.

I don’t think this company is a scam, but just someone who is in over their head or tried to grow their company too quick. They need to start responding to their customer’s e-mails and limit the number of boxes available until they can control the quality of the product.

Please do not get involved with this company until they get it together! I cannot believe all the unhappy costumers and lies. New company or not, they have STILL not got out boxes that some people order in November and it is February. Their costumer service is terrible, they never answer emails, and some of their products are not safe (MAE polo wraps to be specific). Check out their facebook page and read through the comments yourself and if you have time look the facebook page, “The Pony Box Scam”, for all the costumer comments the Pony Box deleted. Something is not right with this company; that’s for sure!

I ordered an original box and it got upgraded because of the time delay and the products were really good quality! I wish I had ordered more saddle pads!!! Shipping was a bit late because I don´t live in the US but excellent company!

Poor poor poor that’s the review I give this company. I order a pair of splint boots in march still have not received them. I have emailed and no response. Hopefully I can get my money back but I’m sure they will have some lame excuse for that too so buyer’s beware I would take my busy elsewhere.
