The box I received is FAR undervalue and does not at all reflect my preferences quiz is terms of color, size or dicipline. 0/10 I poor customer service. Do not recommend.

I received the November Pony Box. I paid $50 dollars and I received about that amount of products in the box. It was valued at more but who really pays $23.00 for a small bottle of shampoo for their horse. The box was nicely presented with a stiff oval grooming brush, a heavy duty mane and tail brush, shampoo and conditioner, fleece polo wraps, a small bottle of Absorbine gel rub and a Hunter Jumper magazine. My favorite products are the oval brush and the mane and tail brush. I will use both of those frequently. The shampoo and conditioner smell good but I will never reorder at that price. The shipping was a mess. I got a tracking number but the box never shipped. This happened twice. Apparently the company had a local school equestrian team helping them prepare the boxes for shipping which resulted in a disaster. I ,must say that whenever I contacted customer service they responded within 24 hours. That is a huge plus for me. I am supposed to be receiving a gift card for the hassles so if I do then I will give it another shot.

I received a November Pony Box, and loved it! My daughter and I had a great time opening her box, which contained numerous items I had selected on my quiz. We received pink polo wraps, a fullsize wash, a set of gourmet treats, a pink bonnet, and a cute bridle charm! We purchased the $50 middle box, and it was well worth the money. Being a busy mom and professional, I have a hard time searching for new items for our horses. The items were great, and I love that someone took the time to hand select items we would love!

I signed up for the mini box, and it was so awesome! For $35, I received a set of two polo wraps, a really neat salve by a small equine business, a bridle charm, and a wash sponge. The sponge smelled great, and I am excited to use it in the spring. I don’t usually like bridle charms, but this one was really cute! I received more than I expected, especially because horse products are so expensive. The only negative would be that the sponge kind of made the tissue paper sticky, but everything else was packaged wonderfully. Job well done! Ordering again!

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT! Payed $95 in November and have received nothing, along with many other customers. All you have to do it look at the comments on their Facebook page to see that NOBODY is happy. Must be a scam.

This is a great idea but a horrible execution. I have tried ordering two months in a row and still havent received my second order and Im getting no honest answers. Check their Facebook page for more negative comments. You will regret doing business with this company.

I ordered 2 ultimate boxes on November 4th. According to the website and the Facebook pages, boxes ship on the 15th of every month. They did not ship December 15th due to a mix up with their supplier. They then promised to ship on the 17th. Then it changed to all boxes will ship by the 20th. Then it changed to every box will go out no later than the 22nd and all boxes are guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. My first box did not ship until the 23rd and I did not receive it until after Christmas. I was very disappointed with the quality of the contents, I did not think it was worth the money. Customer service sometimes answers, sometimes you have to email them 6+ times to get a response. My second box has still not arrived. The shipping label was created on December 23rd according to the tracking I received. I spoke to the post office, they told me that while the label was created the box never actually entered the postal system and shipped. The CS representative told me when I inquired that she was unable to reach the owner of the company, who had said all boxes had shipped but was now ignoring all forms of communication. That was on the 30th of December. I filed a Paypal claim, and finally my box got shipped on the 30th. If all boxes were promised to be here by Christmas and mine was not shipped until December 30th, how does that work? This company is full of lies, terrible communication, and god awful customer service. What a disappointment. It is January 2nd and while my box appears to be on it’s way it is still not here. I paid for it November 4th, and almost 2 full months later I have not received my product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE PONY BOX, you will be sorely disappointed!!

TERRIBLE! That’s all you need to know! Do not buy from this company! I have yet to receive my box that I ordered in NOV. I will not be ordering again!

Please do not waste your money on this company. Boxes are very undervalue and shipping is at least 20 days late on most of the boxes. Nothing but excuses and blaming. Order from another reputable equine monthly subscription box. Not this one!!!

i would not recommend ordering from this company. You most likely will not receive what you mark on your quiz, you may not get the right color or size, the products may be inferior, or you may not receive anything at all.

Absolutely horrible!! I ordered for Christmas the Ultimate Box. Had to email and email to get information. When the box finally did arrive it wasn’t worth what I paid. The advertised boots didn’t come, the polos were painted in, smelled like chemicals and sewn in three panels. Not even safe to use!! I asked for a refund for the money I paid and for what I prepaid for January’s box and have received nothing!!! Do not give these people your money!!!

I received a Pony Box as a Christmas gift. Too bad it arrived 3 weeks AFTER Christmas. My mom ordered it for me in November.
The Pony Box boasts that it is customized to fit your needs according to the quiz you fill out. Judging by all of the pictures on Facebook and Instagram my box was really no different that anyone else’s!
The NomNom treats are great. I also received a bottle of Eco-licious De-Stresser. It was decent but a little greasy.
The worst part were the polo wraps (three pieces of fabric sewn together sloppily with holes in every seam) covered in orange paint. The “sports medicine boots” have holes in their seams too. They are very flimsy and are a pain to put on my horse. They offer no support, and my trainer advised me to NOT put them on my horse for fear of injury to my horse.
My mom has fought hard to get a refund for my Pony Box, but so far she has gotten the runaround. The Pony Box is offering gift cards or exchanges on the polo wraps but I don’t want either. They won’t answer emails but they have lots of time to post things on their Facebook page! There Ambassadors are young girls who like to pick fights with unhappy clients through social media posts.
This was a great idea but not planned out very well. Maybe Megan Bradford can get her stuff together and bounce back. In the meantime I’m heading to Giddy Up Goodies or A Horse Box where they have great customer service and they care about me!

This is a great idea but is very poorly executed. The box shipped weeks late and arrived with stains on the products. My box did not follow my survey at all, so I ended up with products that are in colors and patterns that I don’t like. I received a pair of polo wraps, a set of 4 polos, a set of “sport medicine boots” and a bottle of mane/tail detangler. The polo wraps and boots are very poorly made and I will not be using them. I was very disappointed to receive 4 sets of wraps/boots when the sample boxes show much more variety.

The company’s e-mails indicate they are providing refunds or exchanges for the polo wraps and boots, but they have not responded to any of my 3 e-mails. The whole process has been very disappointing.

This company should be ashamed. There are lots of “ambassadors” out there sticking up for this girl – Im not sure why. There is a scam page out there informing people of the truth…but the truth is…a scam page isnt even needed because the writing is on the wall. Aside from the fact that the prices on TBP FB page and their own business page dont even match, there is no phone number, they are advertising products they dont, never have, and never will carry….and the entire FB page feed is full, i mean FULL of lies out of the owner – promised ship dates, promised free bes, promised replacemernts, promised gift cards. its all bullshit, I dont know how this girl can sleep at night,….but for the amount of money she has already stolen from people…well….there are actual reputable box services out there people can use – this one is under investigation for fraud, and was covered by a new station, and has an F at the BBB…which Megan said she was going to clear up, but she blew off her appointment, which is public knowledge. the irresponsibility is cray.
