Extremely disappointed in this service. The product is good, but the customer service is non-existent. I signed up for a 3 months subscription, and liked my first month so I encouraged a friend to join as well. I got my second month, and she got hers as well and liked it too. Once my third month came around (and her second month) she decided this would be her last month and cancelled. She never got her last soap even though she paid for it and sent a few emails with no answer. I was appalled and cancelled as well because I was embarrassed to have recommended this company to a friend, when they treated her order so dismissively. I also did not get my last soap (I assume once you cancel they get mad and spite you since they’ve already got your money) and sent several emails to them with no response. I was getting frustrated and posted on their facebook wall to ask when someone would get back to me, and they deleted my comment and blocked me from posting additional comments. What a scam! That’s a terrible way to run a business and I recommend you STAY AWAY from this company!

Also they advertise samples with your monthly bar of soap.. they advertise 2-3 sample that are decently sized but all I got were 1 sample per order that were the size of my thumb.
