They no longer offer this for some reason

Too bad this was discontinued–it had real promise.

Sad this company went away for awhile but they are obviously having issues. The boxes were good. box presentation great! Shipping and customer service not so great.

I had a nightmare of a time with this box, so much do that it completely overshadowed the box itself. I received my first box in April without a problem. The May box arrived 2 weeks late in the middle of June and June I never received at all…even after 3 calls to customer service. The first time I called I was told they would send out a replacement. The second time, despite being profusely apologetic at least, I was told that though they were out of the June box they would get me some form of replacement right away. Two weeks after that I called again and sent an email and could not get a person. All in all a very disappointing situation and frustrating, too. These are the same people who do Glossy box so I would be leary of subscribing to them either. I would not recommend them when they do come back. If you want a reliable and great baby box head to Citrus Lane. In 6 months I’ve never had an issue and when their customer service responds they actually take care of the issue and not tell you what you want to hear and then do nothing!
