I did the 3 months for 15 dollars and I loveee it. The presentation was lacking but I really don’t care.(plain envelope, a note and panties inside) I plan on continuing my renewing my subscription.

I also signed up for the 3 month subscription, only $15, I got 3 pairs my first month, all American Apparel underwear valued at over $25, that was just my first month. This one is amazing for the price, mine also came in plain white envelope with no markings I was kind of glad did not want everyone knowing I was getting some new panties. I was skeptical at first because of the price but they proved to be a sub I will probably keep around. Well worth the price.

I recently signed up for the three months for $15 as well. What a steal. I got the first package, and I will admit, I was a little skeptical at first. (I wasn’t really expecting much because of the price.) But then I opened it to find 3 pairs of American Apparel underwear. Hell yeah! I mean, that’s like 3 pairs of underwear for $5 with shipping! That’s the same price as one pair at Target.
The presentation wasn’t anything fancy, just 3 pairs of panties in a plain white envelope with a letter in it, but that is what they promised. I didn’t expect to have my underwear gift wrapped anyway. lol I will definitely continue my subscription.

I’m the Community Manager for MakeupTalk that Kim Mud referred to above. Please note that Kim Mud is the wife of one of the co-founders of Panty Fly. Her review happens to be a shill (fake) because she’s NOT a customer but the wife of a co-founder.

First let me state she wrote in her review above, “I signed up, found them on Makeuptalk.com”. No she did not. She started the thread that’s on MakeupTalk. Prior to her post no one was talking about them on MUT.

It came to my attention that she was being combative to members and moderators over posting inappropriate images. As a result I had to contact her about it. It was then raised by one of my moderators if Kimmud2 (account she used on MUT) was an employee of Panty Fly. As the Community Manager I have access to viewing the access logs and check and sure enough Kimmud2 and “Jessica Street” access logs matched those of Jason Zepernick (co-founder of Panty Fly) and the Panty Fly accounts that were also created to post on MUT.

One of the rules we have on our site is that company representative may not post on MUT about their products. FTC regulations and rules also state that if a person works for or is affiliated with a company they MUST disclose that otherwise it’s illegal. As a result all four accounts were banned from MUT. This is why I’m posting that Kim Mud is a shill review due to the fact she is the wife of the co-founder of Panty Fly and as such is affiliated with the company yet is not publicly disclosing that are required by Federal Trade Commission rules and regulations on disclosures.

I signed up for the 3 months/$15 as well. The underwear is cute and the quality is on par with its pricing. I had some issues with my order, but customer service has been generally good as they try to address the issues quickly. Sometimes I have to email a couple of items to receive a response. I was missing a shipment and they combined it with my following shipment. However, my package only arrived with 5 pairs instead of 6. I am told that I should receive my missing extra pair in my last shipment, so I am hoping for a good resolution. I am disappointed that it’s taken this long to resolve, however. One note: their price points have been changing and I’m not entirely sure if my subscription will renew at $15 instead of the $25 it’s currently at for the 3 month package.

I have signed up and gotten two months of Panty Fly now, my fist month was AP underwear, kinda plain but worth the price, my second month was really cute but didnt fit, I got a replacement package in about 10 days, they were sized correctly, So far this company has been great, sure I could go buy my underwear myself but it is fun awaiting my package every month.

Good value and fun selections. My only complaint is that not all of the ones I get fit the same. They all state that they are the same size, however you can look at some and tell that they will not fit the same as the others. Also, they no longer accept paypal.

Pantyfly started out at $15 for 3 months +$3 shipping and delivered 3 pairs of panties. Starting May 1st the price went up to $25 for 3 months + shipping. As a result they have canceled all preexisting subscriptions and have been giving out refunds that do NOT include prepaid shipping charges. Panty Fly has different pricing tiers, all refunds include shipping, some packages such as the $15 for 3 months had free shipping, or shipping included, and others when we started shipping internationally had a shipping charge of $1, per month. Any refunds that were given out included shipping. We also discontinued all prepaid memberships including the $25 packages. We felt it not in the best interest of the company at this time, to offer prepaid memberships.

I just signed up for this box and recently got my first mailing. You can choose between the barely there package (thong, string bikini), the sleek and sexy package (stylish and comfortable), or the mix and match package (combines both previously mentioned options). I chose to do the mix and match. My first package included a bright yellow cotton thong, a pair of pink boy shorts, and a pair of medium blue regular panties with a touch of white lace on the outer seams. The underwear fits great, is comfortable, and is of good quality for the price. So far, I am pleased with this box. Also, in the mix and match option, the website states that you will get one option alternating each month, but they may combine the two options in the same month’s box.

Mixed feelings about PF. Their 3 month prepaid was great for the first shipment. Sizes were a little mixed though as you can only choose S / M / L while the underwear arrive in number sizes. Customer service was great in making the size change though. Unfortunately the third shipment was cancelled due to their change in programs, refund pending. Doesn’t look like I’ll re-subscribe.

A terrible company. They cancelled all of their prepaid subscribers subscriptions because they were not making as much money from them as monthly subscribers; now that have cancelled all non-monthly subscriptions. They did this and made price changes with no notice to customers. They have not refunded many of the prepaid subscribers despite promising a refund. Quality of panties varied wildly; many were too small. Ok shipping speed. Terrible customer service. They are quite possibly scam artists and I advise everyone to stay far far away.

I signed up for 3 months at $18. I received 1 month then they cancelled my sub due to “fulfillment issues” that only affected their prepaid subscribers (aka lower paying subs). Apparently the people that paid $9/mo weren’t affected at all. I am still waiting for my $12 refund they promised.

We canceled our prepaid monthly subscriptions, and removed the option from our site. We have never changed the pricing on an existing customer. Our prices have increased since we started as the quality of our products have also increased. We still have customers that are getting packages from the beginning for $2 a month. We have never raised their prices. We offered prepay packages and we ran out of product one month so we canceled those memberships and offered refunds to all members affected.

I purchased a 3 month, prepaid subscription service with them. The first two months were shipped to the wrong address and during the third month I received an email that my prepaid sub would be cancelled due to, supposed, issues surrounding obtaining their product. Well, that’s quite interesting that those affected were seemingly all prepaid sub members.

Also, the quality of the underwear varied from month to month because of the different companies used. The first month 3 pairs of American Apparel undies were sent. They were just standard cotton underwear. The second month I received some off brand, likely from burlington coat factory or the 99cent store. The quality of the underwear from the second month was DEFINITELY subpar. I ended up receiving my 3rd set of panties despite receiving the email that all prepaid accounts had been cancelled. The quality of those is not bad, but the sizing definitely looks off… we’ll see.

This company is a hott F***ing MESS. They had a GREAT idea, and good thing going for them. But did not know their inventory, had me subbed sent me one month, cancelled me. Keeps sending me emails about information. Has no idea I am NOT a CURRENT Subscriber, because THEY cancelled my membership. Oh and the underwear sucked.

I LOVED pantyfly until recently. I had paid for a 3 month subscription and after two months they changed their company! They didn’t even bother to notify subscribers that they were raising their prices and canceling everyone’s account! They gave me a refund for my 3rd month because they ran out of product. The customer service SUCKS! They don’t care about customers and pretty much give you a ‘f*ck you’ attitude when you contact them. The panty quality varied, the sizing was off at times and the variety sucked (one month I got 2 of the exact same pair) but for the price I didn’t think it was that big of a deal. I’m glad they canceled my account because they need to get their stufd together

Got my first package today and am very pleased with the quality and style of the panties. Super fast shipping and really hassle free. I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews on this site. I see the price has decreased from 9 to 7. Sounds like an good deal to me. the panties are hiqh quality, very pretty and comfy cotton. I’m very happy with my new membership.

I just got my second monthly package. It had an army green cotton thong, an emerald green with navy blue bikini brief, and a hot pink lace thong. I have the mix and match package. I also recently had to contact customer service about my account details. They responded within 24 hours and fixed my problem immediately. I have no complaints so far about this company.

Ignoring the fact that it took them a solid month to even process my order, ignoring the fact that they never responded to any of my inquiries, ignoring the plain presentation (which is relatively unimportant anyway), I still hated Pantyfly. The underwear was utterly tacky (animal print and lace ugh) and literally within five minutes of opening the envelope, the thread on one pair came completely undone. Forget Pantyfly, try Unmentionably Cheeky. They shipped the day I ordered it and the underwear is absolutely gorgeous and very high quality. Pantyfly’s for the birds.

Suddenly went out of business – closed their facebook and their lost their domain with no message or anything. Not even an email. I prepaid for 3 months back in late june so I was sitting here wondering where the heck the box went. It was a fantastic service and I always got my panties in 2 days of shipping. I really hope someone comes along and replaces them. They will be sorely missed.

Have you tried Splendies? Similar concept, great service. 3 pairs for $8. This month I got American Apparel in mine. They also have a sub for plus sizes as well. http://www.splendies.com
