This is my favorite Subscription Box to date! I have reviewed over 15 different boxes and this was by far my favorite. It definitely had it’s money worth in the box! I received about double the value of the actual cost of the box/shipping. The box inside was all neat and tidy, everything was all wrapped nicely and opening it was like Christmas. The best part was everything inside it was stuff I would use! I received tampons/pads, bath salts, cucumber eye pads, lotion, shampoo/conditioner, chocolates, and more!

My first impressions of this subscription service are very good I like the packaging, the price point, and the amount of items you receive. I would also like to point out that the shipping was very fast and took only 4 days to arrive to me in California from Florida. Every month I’m spending at least $13 to get the types of tampons and liners I like so for me this box is not only a great value but also makes it easy for me to get the right combination of products I need. I know some ladies may not like that the tampons and liners do not come in their original boxes however I’m the exact opposite being able to choose the combination of products is a selling point for me.

The box itself is fabulous! It included everything I needed to get through my period and some nice extras like lip gloss, tea, and caramel popcorn that made my day a little brighter. Everything was wrapped nicely and the whole thing just made me feel special and cared for. I really appreciated that I could request gluten free treats. I think that the best part of Bonjour Jolie is the customer service. They are exceedingly pleasant and easy to deal with. When I emailed with a special request they responded super quickly and were able to accommodate my last minute change. I highly recommend this subscription! Super box and a super company!

J’ai adoré ma première boîte! Mon anglais est horrible et je leur ai envoyé à l’entreprise de demander de l’aide avec la commande mes articles. Le propriétaire a bavardé avant et en arrière avec moi et une fois que je leur ai dit mon anglais était horrible ils sont passés au français! Seriosly, je suis presque tombé dessus! WOW J’étais tellement étonné et impressionné par cette société. Elle va vraiment au-dessus et au-delà avec le service à la clientèle. J’ai été époustouflé avec ma boîte, les éléments sont vraiment sur ​​place et c’était un délice! J’ai déjà acheté un abonnement de 3 mois!

This box is completely fantastic. I LOVED it. When I got my box I jist couldn’t wait to open it. When I did I just fell in love. It had everything a girl would need for this certain time. Chocolates, papampering items and of course the essentials. I liked that they sent me an email stating that my box had been shipped and it arrived in less than a week! How great is that? I have absolutely nothing bad ti say about this box. I highly recommend this box to all the girls out there.

I subscribed early in May, my box came in two days! I was super impressed with their customer service and their shipping speed. The box is a plain box, which I like. The inside is so pretty! Everything was wrapped in a bow and pink tissue paper. When you open it, there are sweet little pink rose petals on top. Each group of items are packed in the own little bags, the groups were a gift, edibles, pampering, and feminine needs. This box really makes the ,most sense out of all the others, PLUS, they had every brand out there so all the brands and sizes I really wanted, I could get with them. All the other TOM boxes out there are very limited on their brands and sizes. Here they had literally everything needed! They had bath salts, lavender sachets, Chocolate Oh sweet chocolate, lip gloss, lip stain, twistbands! I got the June box and it came with 9 twist bands worth $15, that paid for my box! I really feel that this box is not only awesome but it really saves you money. I use natracare for my pads and tampons and since you get to choose 30 items, if I bought my pads and tampons at the store it would cost $15 just for those, so I see real value here! I highly recommend!

Got my July Box! It was amazing again! Usually new companies have their first box start out great and than after that it is downhill. Not with this company!!! They have been getting better and better with each box! I am so excited every time I get my box. Wonderful thoughtful gifts, lovely caramels, handmade lotions and bath bomb, body powder, vegan items too! I got a gorgeous sarong for the beach, and a handmade face scrubbie. Such a versatile and unique box. I highly highly recommend!!

Before I chose my “lady-time” box I looked around, and the reason why I chose this one does not even hit the tip of the iceberg regarding why I am SOOOOOOO GLAD I picked BONJOUR JOLIE. I picked at first simply because they offer “Always” products (I couldn’t find another box that offered this brand). Well, once I subscribed it’s been LOVE ever since!! They ask detailed questions when you set-up your subscription and this helps them to make sure you get the right “protection” for your monthly visitor (for someone like me who does not use tampons, but realizes that during the summer it might be needed they helped me by picking some out using their expertise–granted, I still haven’t had to use any, but that’s no problem!!). You can let them know if you ever need/want to change what you receive. I’ve done this and let me tell you, they respond SWIFTLY!! I even got a response to a question on a holiday!! Seriously, they are lovely people to deal with!! They pick lovely bonus products to pamper you when you need this the most, choose quality food items (organic YAY), and if you don’t love chocolate like other human beings–like me–they will tailor your box to meet your needs, and they deliver items from independent and creative individuals who make amazing products (this month we received a one of a kind sarong—first-class quality and quite beautiful and versatile to boot!!) I can’t say enough about these ladies!! I belong to MANY companies that deliver monthly boxes and these ladies LISTEN they truly do!! Others ask for profiles (I’m talking beauty boxes now) and then send items that are not even related to your profile. Such a disappointment. I can tell you, I find myself, well not quite looking forward to that time of the month for nature’s visit, but for my Bonjour Jolie box!! You can’t go wrong!! You need feminine products, and well this box not only saves you from having to worry about whether you’ll have what you need, or feel embarrassed when the person checking you out is a cute guy (I’ve felt that sense of embarrassment myself in the past), but it also makes you feel you’re respected as a person and cared for!! Everything is wrapped so nicely and if your significant other opened the box he’d never even realize your lady supplies were in there….. (well he would if he opened the bags that hold the actual “feminine items”). They wrap them up in lovely bags, put other items in silk taffeta like pouches (they’re great for reusing to keep jewelry or other little items in them or even for when you have to give someone a gift). I could go on FOREVER on all of these reasons why I love this box, but why don’t you give it a try and become a die-hard fan like me!! xo to the Bonjour Jolie ladies!!

This box is the best! Bonjour Jolie makes once a month something to look forward to rather than something to dread. I subscribe to quite a few subscription boxes, but this is by far the best. This is my 4th month with Bonjour Jolie and I am never disappointed in the monthly Bonjour Jolie box. Each and every item that was included in this box is just fantastic. Not only am I impressed with the quality of the items in this box, but I also am impressed with the value. For $16, plus shipping, I received more than $32 worth of products/gifts, this was not even including the women time of the month items. Again, I feel like it is my birthday, and this Bonjour Jolie Box was a surprise gift. Loving it.

I just canceled this subscription after my second box. I have mixed feelings about the box and just think it’s not something I want to spend my money on at the moment. It is packaged very well. You get a large selection of pads, tampons, and panty liners. I really feel like it is too much for me though. If I kept getting it, I would end up with a huge amount of personal care products that I wouldn’t need. I do enjoy the teas and beauty products, but the gifts leave something to be desired. I am 30 years old and I feel that they are geared towards someone younger than myself. I don’t necessarily think that $21 is a bad price, but I do know that I can get more supplies for less $, and I can buy at the rate I need them. I can also pick myself up some teas, a candy bar, and some bath salts and still come out a little bit cheaper.

Just received my first Bonjour Jolie box and I absolutely love it! The box arrived on time and was packaged perfectly! I love the wide variety of products and samples and the opportunity to explore different products. I think what I love most though is their attention to detail. I had indicated an allergy during the initial sign-up process and they clearly noted this. As a customer this was greatly appreciated!

Oh wow! Let me tell you about the most amazing box! Ok, I’m no beginner when it comes to sub boxes. I have subscriptions to Glossybox, popsugar, starlooks starbox, birchbox, ipsy, blush beauty box, allure beauty box, and conscious box. But the Bounjour Jolie box is by far the best bang for your buck! You get a variety of hygiene products as well as beauty products and accessories. They are super fast with shipping as well. The best part….there customer service is AMAZING! This is where the other subscription boxes always far short. You can send them an email and you get a PERSONAL RESPONSE. They actually care!!! If you are looking for a box that has it all, a complete package this is the box for you! Don’t think about it any more…just order it. You will love it!

I subscribed to this box rather than any of the other “period” boxes, based on the rave reviews. I do have to say, that I am actually disappointed in their customer service. Maybe it’s just a fluke, but they charged me the $21 and I never got my box. I emailed customer service twice regarding the problem and didn’t get a response. Which is weird, because I emailed them about a specific request for my box (right after I placed the order) and got a response within an hour. It seems like they may have great service until there’s an actual problem. I have read similar reviews from a few other people. I am really sad about it… I was so excited to try this box.

I was wary about paying $26 for a box of random stuff, most of which I probably wouldn’t use. And I was right. I paid and received my first box on time, but after shipping it was way more than it was worth. After that the payments kept coming out but I was not receiving any boxes. for two months I was waiting and waiting and paying and paying. Then two days ago they up and refund two payments without as much as an explanation. Not even the whole payments either, even if it’s only a few dollars, it’s still my money that they are not giving back. I emailed and got not even an apology, but a snarky email basically saying they are not at fault and I should be happy I got my money back. I know from working in customer service, that if my customer is unhappy, the first thing I offer is an apology. So in all I’m out some money, and I have a box of random junk sitting in my washroom that hasn’t been used since September, and probably wont ever be. I really liked the idea of this box and i know it’s impossible to please everyone, but maybe a better customer service attitude would benefit this company, especially since they’re essentially in the business of dealing with women on their periods. If you didn’t want to cry before dealing with Bonjour Jolie’s customer service, you will after.

I want to follow up on my earlier review. I h e since been contacted by Anne in accounts management. Apparently, my box is still being processed. For 3 weeks now. I’m actually fine with that. What I’m not fine with is how rude the tone of the email was. They really need to work on this matter. I was really offended and if I didn’t want the box so bad, I’d cancel. Ugh.

This company is RIDICULOUS!! I ordered my 1st box over a month ago. They charged me for it and I never got it. Now, they have charged me for this month’s box and it still hasn’t shipped!!! $42 and nothing to show for it. And the best part? The only way you can contact them is via email. No phone number. And the emails rarely get responded to. In the off chance you do get a response, it’s super snotty! I have asked for a refund twice and they didn’t respond at all. I think the company got bigger than they expected and they are overwhelmed. I have noticed a TON of bad reviews as of late from new customers. It’s bad, y’all. So, as for now, I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and have filed fraud with my credit card company in hopes to recover some of my charges. In the meantime, I will spread the word as much as I can that this company is bad news.

It’s a period box that asks when your period starts. If i wanted my box AFTER my period ended, well i wouldn’t have signed up for the box and could get a number of other boxes sent to me. Seriously, don’t bother asking for dates of when my period starts if you’re going to send it to me the day it ends! it takes two weeks to arrive. and when i went to cancel “you could’ve changed your date at any point if you weren’t happy!” I’m sorry lady, i want my box for my period not when i’m off it. You ship when ever you feel like it, one month i got it on my period and then another month a week later and this month yet again i’ll get a week later. useless box.

I really liked Bonjour Jolie in the beginning. When I first started getting boxes in August the customer service was fantastic. I emailed about product change and within thirty minutes received a response from De. As of October I emailed about product changes and I didn’t even get a response, but the products were changed. Novembers box I received the wrong products, some handwritten allergy note sticker that was wrong and also the box was packaged upside down, I don’t know how that works…but it was upside down. I emailed them about the wrong products and allergy confusion to clarify and they never acknowledged my email. After december i think I will be canceling and I will not be recommending them to anyone.

I have been a customer for a while. I really like their boxes and their customer service. I have celiac and diabetes. I find it really hard to order any subscription box, since most can not change items for you if your have allergies. Bonjour Jolie was able to handle my allergies and have even substituted items for me. They are amazing! I am a customer for life!!

Bonjour Jolie has terrible customer service, and whatever shipping they use is heavily unreliable OR they are not being honest about boxes that are supposedly shipped.

In September, I was told by De that my box would be shipped on the 13th. I said I wanted it by the 24th, so that was totally fine, except it didn’t arrive. I reached out to them, via email, on the 23rd, 25th, and the 27th, as well as twice on Facebook. I received an auto reply, saying they were closed for a week, which is not ideal, but what can you do. I was hoping the girl they use for Facebook would shed some light, except all she could say is that I needed to “direct all questions to accounts@…” – no apology, not even a hello.

I finally hear back, and De apologizes profusely, saying that they were refunding me for September and giving me October and November for free, as well as sending their Facebook girl to an online customer service learning program, so she knows how to properly interact with customers. They are sadly out of September boxes, so they send the October box immediately, and I receive it very, very early, obviously, but with no issues.

November rolls around, and I was not sure if to expect the box very early again, but I waited until the 18th to reach out to request the status. For whatever reason, I never receive tracking information, so it’s always a guess. They reply, saying that according to tracking, it was delivered on the 15th, and didn’t I get it? – I look at the tracking information they included, saw it was delivered to the completely incorrect zip-code, and informed them. It took awhile for them to sort out, but they got a new box sent to me, which I received the very end of the month.

December rolls around, and I’m assuming because the November box was delivered (incorrectly) on the 15th, I should have the December box on or around the 15th, as well. I reach out on the 19th, 23rd, and 26th, requesting a status, tracking information, anything, but all I get is an autoreply saying they are closed from the 24th to the 1st – not unsurprising, however I emailed them twice before their holiday vacation, and still got no response.

The 2nd of January rolls around, and no one contacts me until I reach out yet again, requesting assistance. I received an email from Charlene saying they were closed from the 20th to the 1st, “so naturally we could not have gotten back to you until now”. I reply, saying the autoreply message I received said they were closed from the 24th, meaning I reached out to them twice before their break, and I asked if the autoreply was incorrect. She responds quickly with “autoreply said the 20th thru the 1st”

Um, no, it didn’t. At this point, I was fed up with her, so I forwarded her the autoreply that I received from them, which clearly said the 24th through the 1st, and I told her I wanted to be refunded and my account with them canceled.

I have something of a small obsession for subscription boxes, so I have tried several dozen varieties. I have never encountered such unreliable shipping practices as these – either they need to reevaluate their shipper or they are lying about boxes supposedly going out. I’m going to hazard a guess and say it is the second. How is it I never have had any issues with any other company or vendor I buy from, and yet I’ve had issues with them three of the four past months?

Their customer service is atrocious and utterly laughable, too. I worked full-time in restaurant management during college, which involved an expertise in customer service and problem resolution. I since moved on to my real career, however I guarantee I could still provide significantly better customer service than any of the people I’ve encountered in this company. I will not be wasting another cent of my money or my time with them.

I am a brand new customer. I jsut signed up this weekend. I needed to make some changes to my box before it was sent out, so today I used their live customer service chat on their site. WOW! can I said WOW. They responded instantly, they were able to look up my account and change the items I needed without problems. I am excited to get by first box! Super impressed already with their customer service!

I can’t rate their box yet, but it looks awesome! I can’t wait!

I was really excited about this subscription. I planned on sharing it with family and friends, and gifting it overseas. Then I didn’t receive my December box. I even got a snarky e-mail from customer service in response to my first inquiry. I sent a couple follow ups hoping I would not have to cancel. In the end I canceled. I think they may be stretching themselves a bit too thin, seeing that others have had similar problems.

I subscribed to this in October and have had issues from the start. It sat there for 6 days after getting shipping notification before they actually bothered to put it in the mail. I don’t use panty liners, didn’t order panty liners, yet received half my hygiene products as panty liners. Sent an email and got a reply within the hour that it would be changed. November box came in the middle of my period, and December’s came after. I had tried to change my start after November, and never got a reply. In December, I tried again, and finally got a reply that someone had left the company and it would get taken care of. And, even though they hadn’t shipped my December box yet or taken the money for it they would give me $5 of my January box. I had changed the first day of my period to January 5th so maybe I would get it by the 10th and things would be cool. Hadn’t gotten shipping info as of the 8th so emailed. To which I got the reply:

“We did update your date.

However, you credit card was declined.

We were awaiting your response from our last email as to how you wished to proceed.

Happy New Year!”

Which was hilarious since my credit card is working just fine and I never got that email. Still waiting on a reply to my pointing that out. I love the contents of the box. Once I get it I have liked all three. BUT I thought the point of subscription boxes they were sent automatically and I didn’t have to ask for it every month. HUGE disappointment.

I bought this subscription box for my sister for Christmas. I subscribed on 12/7. After not receiving it after New Years I contacted the company. The representative emailed me back and said she’d look into it. Several days later I had to follow up (instead of them responding). The box had been damaged in shipping to Hawaii. No one from the company thought to contact me though. They immediately sent another package via USPS priority. When my sister received the box she had a lot of chocolate in the box. The website advertises that they adjust to allergies. My sister is allergic to chocolate and milk and I included this information. So for the company to include chocolate in her box was not only absurd, but exactly the opposite of what they said on the website regarding allergies. Additionally, when tried to cancel my subscription there was no sign on page on the website. There was no way to adjust preferences from when I first started the subscription. Overall, I would NOT order from this company. Find something better and cheaper (I.e. birchbox). This is not worth it.

Got my February Box last week! It was amazing. The theme was For the love of Chocolate so everything was chocolate themed. There was chocolate scented bath salts, candles, lotion, and soap. Then a chocolate moon pie (which was huge!) and a chocolate truffle heart, and Hershey kisses, and more. This box was loaded to the gills with chocolate!! I am seriously impressed with this box!

This is one those monthly boxes for woman only from Bonjour Jolie. These boxes are $16 dollars a month plus S/H. These boxes are filled so high once you open the box it’s instantly exploding with all sorts of fun stuff for you and your period. Since I got my Tubal Ligation after my second, due to a super rare chromosome genetic thing I carry. So with that said my periods are horrid since it, and so much more painful and never on time. This box is filled with sample sized goodies to enjoy while you’re on your no fun monthly PMS. This monthly box I must admit was epic, and full of everything you need and more!! The box is noticeable right on the outside what it is, when you open the box inside is wrapped up tissue with ribbon holding it all together. It took both hands to dig it out the box, without the goodies exposing themselves. Don’t we all love goodies bags right!?!?!

First off on the list of goodies included in this box. They give you the option tampons VS pads. I am a tampon person, it just bugs me so much getting the dripping feeling, it’s just so noticeable and annoying feeling, which is why I have been doing tampons (19 years) all my life. She did throw in some thin pads with the tampons. These come inside a bag that is sealed shut and you open up to find them. You can totally keep them in the bag and hidden from men or others. The tampons don’t say which kind they are, but luckily post tampons go by color for the size it is.. These are great for either the start day or the last day of your period. Luckily I am mostly 2-4 days when I am on mine phew. Great set and jammed packed with goodies for sure.

Next on this list in this monthly box, is the chocolates that come with the box. These come in 4 small round balls. Looks like each monthly box gets different toppings on top. Mine as shown, and the inside is chocolate filled, it’s all chocolate pretty much. These are actually pretty good . You can do one per day of your period, or as I did all at once on my heaviest day. Sadly chocolate never does as it should when you’re on your monthly. Seems like only fruity candy keeps me tummy happy. Though these are super good, and super hard to keep away from my husband and my 2 boys, which is why I did them all at once hehe.

These are a few fun items to enjoy while on your monthly. These are sample sized and only used once so moderate what you will use first and when. They also give you a lavender sachet! Bunch of great samples to use. Shampoo set, Advil, moisturizer, eye coolers. Which are all great products to pamper your period. Sadly with thick hair I couldn’t test out the hair set, it just isn’t enough.

Here you get a sample of tea’s to drink while on your period. Bunch of great flavors and great to help soothe those cramps. Tea is a great replacement instead of soda or other things that make your body feel worse by the end of the day, even cramps included. You get a tea a day, I got at least 3 cups per tea if done over the stove!

Here they throw in one kind of beauty product, just to give your lips a pamper. My lips always dry out when I am on mine, or right before I start. They give you a Stila lip gloss. Super easy to use, and bit more than a sample size, so you get more than 3 tries per use. Great touch to add to a PMS monthly box. All in all great box, maybe some more samples would be nice to see, for people who are longer than a week. Bonjour Jolie March 2014 Review
The March theme is ‘The Luck of the Irish‘ and the box is filled with goodies imported from Ireland! A product card is included with each box and lists the items in the box along with their description. Most of the edibles for March are from Oatfield Sweetshop which is the oldest confectionery shop in Ireland.
You can get any combination of your preferred tampons, pads and/or liners (25).
The pampering items were also St. Patrick’s Day inspired and imported from Ireland.
The gift is a Silver Shamrock and Shell Bracelet – This lovely silver plated link bracelet comes with an Irish Cockle Shell and a delicate four-leaf clover for a bit of luck!
March’s Bonjour Jolie box was lots of fun and filled with wonderful little surprises imported from Ireland. I love the pampering gifts and treats but I absolutely appreciate the convenience of having my feminine products delivered right to my door each month!
They now offer a box with just the goodies and no feminine protection products for $10 +shipping.
