Meh. This box is really to costly for what you get. The sample sizes are very tiny. There may be one item that is “full size” but its still usually pretty cheap. The companies tend to be very obscure. I won’t be renewing this subscription. I would much rather pay a bit more money for a better quality subscription company. Cheaper is not always better.

The products have been very nice quality. Not a total wow, but not disappointed either.

Not worth the price at all. We signed up for 3 months and the samples are exactly that. They are mini sample sizes that you can get by calling and emailing the featured companies yourself and requesting samples to be mailed to you. These are terrible. It’s not worth the $11/month. Not even worth $5/month! I feel scammed!

The one toy we did get sent to us was damaged. The seam was not sewed properly on the rattle leaving it unusable and dangerous for my baby as stuffing was falling out of it. I contacted Bluum and they NEVER responded.

Save your money and subscribe to another monthly service. I totally regret wasting my money.

What a really great service and great idea! With Mom and Baby in mind, sending deluxe high end product samples right to your door each month! What fun it is to get something in the mail each month that you can actually look forward to ! Something other than bills! Great way to sample and try new products without the risk of paying full price for the full size of something you may not even like! These are samples but, really how many times do you need to use a product to find out your are going to either like or dislike? For me it is 1 time and I am hooked or not… And usually your box will include full size items also.These are sometimes products that have been around for years but, are a “best” kept secret and not well known! Like Februarys box that contained Pinxav diaper rash ointment a fantastic and wonderful product that was developed by a pharmacist and has been Pediatrician, Doctor and Pharmacist recommend for 85 years!!! Containing many all natural ingredients that soothe and protect the skin! Or the Bumble Bar a really great really healthy snack bar that was shockingly delicious! Even my kids ages 1,2,4, and 15 loved!Sometimes it may be a new product or a product that is maybe more common but, something you have not tried! This service gives you the chance to try before you buy! Comes to your door each month in an adorable box that is pretty and super fun to open! I love to see whats inside the next box! Well worth the price and will bring some really awesome and fantastic products for Mom and Baby right to your door! Great for a new mom or a baby shower gift! A gift that keeps giving month after month!

I thought this would be more geared toward baby but I felt it was more mommy with a baby. It was just a box of samples nothing really exciting. This was our first box of a three month subscription that I paid 18 + 1 per month shipping. It’s nice to be exposed to new things but after looking at the Cirtus lane boxes I think that was more what I was expecting.

This was my first experience with a subscription service. Found this deal through Plum District. I am just glad I did not pay the full price. I did enjoy having the opportunity to discover new companies and I love the idea. But products are really too small I feel, although as an above reviewer mentioned-if one did not like the item a bigger size would be a waste. I had a 3 month subscription and the 1st and last month of that I received 1 of the exact same items, and other that was a food item-different brand and flavor but the exact same-AND my daughter is still nursing and just 4 months. I am able to keep the one item as the exp date is in late august, but the other has already expired. I received this one in Feb and it expired less than a month later. I figured that since you are supposed to input your child’s age they would try to curate the boxes more suitable to them. I was not thrilled with my 3 months and I do not plan on subscribing. Not for everyone, but if just starting out on subscriptions and on a budget this may be the perfect fit.

The Bluum box is the best thing for a mom ever. It’s like a steak of the month club but with products that are actually useful (and won’t cause heart attacks!). The whole concept is not only cleaver but, and I cannot stress this enough, Practical. If the Bluum Box had a fan club, I’d be the president!

Bluum has it’s pros and cons. I like that it’s an affordable box that lets me try companies I might not be aware of otherwise, but I also felt that the samples were small, considering Bluum said they were typically “deluxe” samples. If you’re looking to receive some fun mail but are on a limited budget, then this could be a great option, but if you’re looking for a WOW price on a budget, I feel that there are better options out there (like Citrus Lane). I think it’s a good box to introduce you to some new brands, but it’s not a great box.
The true pros to Bluum are that you can earn points by getting friends to subscribe or reviewing products that come in the boxes, which can then be used for full-sized products.

I’d love to see Bluum create a box that has more full-sized products, but until they do that, I probably will not get another box from them.

Having a baby is no easy task, regardless of how prepared you think you are. However, fortunately there are products out there that can make the daily tasks just a little simpler. The products sent by Bluum are truly remarkable. It is exciting to try the different goodies that come with each box. Bluum helps to get the mommy and daddy job done by figuring out what works best for baby. I’m glad to have become part of the Bluum Baby community. As long as my little guys behind needs a wiping,powdering, and pampering I’ll gladly continue to be a Bluum Mum Mum

I did the monthly subscription for Bluum. I really loved my first box but then I got my second box and I wasn’t impressed at all with what I got. So I stopped my subscription for now. In this month’s box it was all items for Mom and one thing for baby. I would rather get samples for baby and not myself. If I wanted for myself I would join another service so for now I stopped my service.

I thought the service was great, gave me a chance to try things i normally would not purchase on my own. I don’t understand what people were expecting for $11 of course they give samples that you would not recieve other wise. I am satisified and think its a great service.

I had no clue what Bluum was until a realiable mommy to be, whom got it as an early baby shower gift put me in the know. She explained to me I would receive a cute box with samples/products not only for baby but for the so often neglected mommy. The price seemed reasonable enough for me to try. I was sold,i loved it signed up for the convenient plan which I can always cancel after 3 months if I’m unhappy. I loved my first box so regardless of the mixed reviews I read after researching of course thought it was worth a shot to try and no regrets, happy mommy, awesome goodies.

Blumm Box is pretty fun. Some of the samples are really small & pretty lame, but I’m addicted to samples! Most of the brands I had never heard of, so it’s cool to find new companies. We’re on a budget, so the other services are not an option for us, & so far we have been mostly satisfied with what we get for the $ we pay.

Bluum box is super cute. I love all the random samples because most of the samples are products or things I would not even imagine myself trying normally. I also love that there are both baby AND mom samples. What mommy doesn’t like a little surprise now and then? Can’t wait for my next Bluum box!

This seemed like a great idea, but the box is so small and so are the “products.” Honestly, they are samples that companies would probably give you for free at an expo or in a baby grab bag when you register at a store just to simply try them out…but this subscription makes you pay for them. Totally not worth the money even if they do come in a cute box. Customer service was awful when I tried to cancel, didn’t answer phone calls or emails.

I don’t think this is worth the money at all. Tooth wipes for my 2 month old? Juice packets? I’m not going to use these for months (and the juice will have expired by then). Yes, it’s only $10/month but it’s definitely not worth it.

Disappointing and not recommended. The products were not worth the cost and were all things I could easily pick up at Target or similar for a lower price. This box doesn’t offer much value or innovation.

I love bluum! I was given a gift subscription as a shower gift and when that ran out, I re-subscribed as to not miss out on any of these amazing products! There are always full sized products for me and/or my baby as well as deluxe samples! This is well worth the $11 I pay monthly (FREE shipping people!) as the products are valued way above that!

I am a stickler for good customer service, and when I emailed bluum about a question I had regarding a product in the box I had just received, they responded within minutes! I ended up chatting with their fabulous representative (who is also a mom) about that product, and numerous others! I plan on being a “bluum mama” as they call us, for a very long time!

I came across the bluum box on a mommy blog that I read daily, and as a self-professed “sample-addict,” I couldn’t resist subscribing. There are natural and organic products for both me and my baby, as well as high end creams (StriVectin!!) and baby foods. The assortment varies from month to month and I am never disappointed.

I tried this out for 6 months, hoping it would get better. Some months were great, others felt like a box full of crappy leftovers. I’d say the best part of my subscription was the box they came in every month. Cute little boxes I can store a million different little things in, or wrap a small gift in.

I purchased a year’s subscription for Bluum Boxes, and have received 7 boxes to date. While I have never thought a box was exactly awful, I’ve never been all that impressed. Typically, there is one full size or deluxe sample in a month’s box, but everything else is a regular sample you can frequently get for free (1-2 uses at best). While the value is supposed to be more than the money you pay for the subscription, it’s not that much more, so if there are samples you can’t or won’t use then you’ve basically barely gotten your money’s worth. Yes, it’s fun having the surprise of getting the box each month and the presentation is great, but I won’t be subscribing again.
Also, while the shipping speed used to be reasonable, the last two months have been shipped with a new shipper who seems to be the pony express. I live on the west coast, and it has taken my box well over the stated time to arrive. Both times, it has arrived so late that they’ve already sent the email with more information about the products (which they talk about saving until everyone’s received their boxes so they don’t ruin the surprise). The first month I e-mailed them and they assured me that they were working on it and it would be fixed by the next month, but the same thing happened the next month (and this time I didn’t even receive a shipping notification or tracking number as I’ve received before). I understand the need to keep costs down, but if saving money is causing your customers not to receive the service you promise, then something needs to be re-evaluated.
I’ll also note that the cancellation information provided on their website is a little shady. First, you have to email them to cancel (and by cancel, I mean not auto-renew). I believe there used to be a button on the website where you could, but there’s not any more. Secondly, if you cancel before your last box has shipped, you won’t get the last box — they can’t simply mark your account not to auto-renew as most every other company can. And finally, you have to let them know at least 4 days before your account is to be charged so they have time to process. Essentially, with my renewal date, this leaves me about 3 days to email them and then hopefully hear a confirmation back before I am charged a renewal. This makes me nervous, especially considering that, while their customer service does respond, it has not been in the 24 hours they state on their site.

This box is okay. I have found several half price subscription deals, and so it is worth $6 a month, and I have been a subscriber for 6 months. It is certainly not worth much more. The July Box was the first that I thought would have been worth full price. There are lots of foil packet samples and maybe one deluxe or ever full size thing typically. If you find a deal and want a cheap little surprise each month… go for it.

I love this subscription service. It is not only for babies but for moms as well. There is a little variety every month and usually one full sized product that can actually be utilized. Shipping was a little slow but I am on the west coast and I don’t think that they ship from this side of the U.S. I have not yet dealt with customer service.

Absolutely not worth it. And not only is the product bad, but customer service is even worse. The samples are worthless- you can write to the companies and get these “deluxe” samples for free. And if you want to cancel your subscription..good luck! You have to cancel through a customer service rep who conveniently never responds to emails or calls. Save your money and do Citrus Lane. bluum is a joke.

I’m not overly excited about this box. I had gotten a discount code from a site I frequent for the 3 month subscription so I thought, eh, why not? I had previously been receiving Citrus Lane boxes so I thought I would give this one a go as well. When the first box arrived, I was disappointed. The box was a third the size of a Citrus Lane box and totally not worth the money I spent for it even with the discount. The samples were nothing special. Nothing I couldn’t get for free from these companies or out of a magazine or something. The last box I got actually had Mary Kay samples in it. Which at first I was excited about, but then I saw that they were only half the size of the freebies I actually got from a text promotion from Mary Kay. I’ll stick it out through my next two boxes but after that I think I’ll just take my money and use it towards a subscription box that has full size products instead.

I reviewed them previously as okay, but given my recent customer service experience I would STAY AWAY!!! I had purchased a three month deal originally. I cancelled as soon as the third box shipped, three days before I thought it should renew. They charged me full price for another three month subscription and it took weeks of fighting to get the charge reversed.

I had purchased another deal and tried to use it and they marked it as redeemed, but would not send boxes. After a month of arguing and sending e-mails, I have finally convinced the daily deal site to refund my money as Bluum won’t send more boxes. (The daily deal did specify it was not for new customers only.)

Since I rarely use the samples, but only wanted to get fun surprises and see what is new, this was worth half price to me, but certainly not full price. I don’t need Mary Kay samples, or any of the other free junk that they send. I’m donating most of the stuff to a shelter as I have no use for it.

Great Box for trying new products you normally wouldnt try or havent heard of. I enjoyed my subscription until it suddenly stopped and when I emailed and emailed and facbooked and facebooked some more it was never addressed so ugh…I give it okay on the actualy boxes but sucky for the customer service!

Stay away!!!!! Worse customer service I have ever encountered. Cancelled before I even reviewed my first box!

Awful!!!!!!! I emailed them 11 days before the actual box shipped informing them to change my daughters birthday well that went ignored 11 days the box was shipped I was informed that they shipped a box for a new mom.6 months pregnant! After 20 odd some emails requesting an appropriate box they ignored all those when I wrote on their wall explaining their shoddy services they blocked me on Facebook and emailed me telling me I was harsh and my claims were untrue basically their email made no sense.I got my box it was full of dirtu half used products!Would not recommend! They do have a telephone number to call but good luck with that cos all y ou get is an answer machine and no call back! Forget about emailing them too they are rude and ignorant and will claim it is you the customer that is rude abd ignorant!Stay away!!!!!! Not worth the frustration and money. Its better to spend your money else where like Stork Stack or Citrus Lane whom I love and been with for 8 months!
